REDSTUFF car brake pads are chosen by our customers mainly for two reasons. Firstly, because with a reduced dust emission by 60-90%, they are the best product that can be found on the market in this respect. And these minimum amounts of dust are easily removed by simple washing because they do not contain steel fiber particles, as is the case with the pads of the rest of the EBC Brakes series and other brake pad manufacturers. Secondly, from the cold brakes, they brake just as well as the original pads, and when warmed up, they work even more effectively. The linings are made of a friction composite based on Aramid fibers, reinforced with ceramic sinters. Compared to the previous generation EBC Redstuff pad (with non-ceramic friction pads), this material is light years ahead. It is more durable, brakes better and is quieter. These pads provide impressive efficiency with frequent, intensive braking. Compared to semi-metallic brake pads, they emit much less dust and are able to brake a classic limousine, a compact sports car or a tuned hatchback from a speed of 160 km / h over a distance of up to 13 meters shorter compared to the original spare part. They are covered with a special brake-in coating developed by the EBC to preserve the surface of the discs and speed up the running-in process. The nominal friction coefficient is 0.5 with about 50% reduced dust emissions. They are especially used in four-wheel drive cars such as Subaru Impreza and Mitsubishi Evo, they are also perfect for heavier cars such as BMW M3 / M5 or Audi A4 / A6. TECHNICAL DATA Block A dimensions: 61 x
