Strengthening the trailing arm of the BMW E46 drift

The repair and strengthening kit for the trailing arm mounting for the BMW E46 is the latest product in a series of reinforcements for this model. The reinforcement was designed for slightly more demanding users, but also for more demanding E46 repairs, which are a common basis for creating projects intended for various areas of motorsport. Our product is intended not only to repair the mounting, but also to prevent its damage, so it is worth welding such a set when building a project or repairing the rear suspension. Steel (S355) with a thickness of 3 mm was used to make the reinforcements. THE REINFORCEMENT HAS AN EXTENDED ADJUSTMENT RANGE (larger basket) CO ALLOWS MORE TARGET ADJUSTMENT. This is especially important for strongly lowered cars, but also for those set for maximum grip. DUE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A LARGER BASKET IN THE BODY, YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SOME "HAMMERS" TO MAKE SPACE FOR IT. The set also includes a TEMPLATE, which should be used before we will start cutting the body. You need to place it and drill a few holes to have a reference point for properly welding new baskets/reinforcements. When the drilled holes match the holes in the reinforcement, it means that the reinforcement is in the right place. Our product is made in Poland by qualified people. Laser cut and then bent on CNC press brakes.
