The offered front cup reinforcements were designed for the BMW E46 model. They were designed to stiffen the elements that carry the greatest loads during the operation of the front suspension, which can bend during dynamic driving or cornering, changing the geometry of the vehicle. The reinforcements effectively stiffen the system between the front struts and the front fender aprons. Thanks to the welding of our set, sensitive elements are not only strengthened, but also effectively eliminate the "floating" of the front cups, which translates into better driving properties of the E46 model. The reinforcements also effectively prevent the strands from being knocked out when hitting unevenness or defects in the road. The sheets have a special finishing of the front part in the form of a double folded sheet at 180 degrees to obtain even better reinforcement of these elements. The plates have holes cut in a unique shape, which additionally improve the visual effect and give a sporty character. The elements have been designed in such a way that they can be welded without any additional modifications to the flares or front wheel arch aprons, while enabling the installation of all original elements and providing access to electrical harness on both the left and right side of the vehicle. The plates have the largest possible support surface, and therefore the forces acting on sensitive elements are transferred to the adjacent walls.
