ULTIMAX2 car brake pads are designed for passenger cars, including Van and Suv (4x4) models. This type of EBC pads is made of the highest quality friction materials that meet the requirements of the ECE R90 brake safety standards. They are a very good replacement for factory pads at a very affordable price. The pads are manufactured with anti-vibration pads, diagonal cuts, an expansion gap and a unique brake-in coating, ensuring an extremely short break-in time. The advantage of EBC pads is their ability to eliminate jerks when braking - after the first 450-600 km of mileage they practically compensate for jerks of moderate intensity. EBC friction linings reduce brake disc wear by 50% compared to more abrasive semi-metallic materials. For original spare parts, it is quite common to have to replace the brake discs each time the pads are replaced, while for EBC products the brake disc can survive two sets of pads, resulting in significant savings. And this does not mean that the pads wear out faster.
